Buyers note the price per square foot dropped a WHOPPING $10 in a month’s time.

They sold in the range of $210k-$41K.
21 were REOs.
1 was a short sale.
They were on the market for an average of 80 days.
The average price per sq ft. $61.18.
The houses sold for an average of 94.97% of selling price.
There are 300 houses pending, 48 of those went pending this week.
There are 585 active on the market,
111 of those are short sales and
277 are bank owned.
