Reasons To Go To A Real Live Tax Person
Sure you may save a few bucks if you do your taxes yourself.
But my dear clients, PLEASE LISTEN when I go though the contract and point out what you want to talk to your tax person about.
This is the time of year to do it.
You are doing your taxes anyway, go in and get tax advice.
Should I buy now?
What about the way I am holding title on my house, does it give me and mine the best protection possible?
Should I re-fi?
Should I be looking for a rental for tax purposes and how will that effect my next year? and future years?

My guess is that agents haven’t recording their sales yet.
8 is way off the average # of sales our area normally has.
