It looks like the feeding frenzy, with multiple offers going over asking price is slowing down. You can see that the trend is heading downward.

The asking price to sales price has been at 98-101% for quite some time.

This week we see the number of sales going over asking dropping. The average home last week sold at $96.63 of asking.

The number of sales coming in under asking is rising dramatically.
